A call for applications for research funding in 2012 will commence in August 2011. The Cancer Council Western Australia PhD Top Up Scholarships are offered to students with an outstanding track record in academic achievement and research potential to pursue full-time PhD studies in Western Australia in cancer-related research. The total value of the PhD Top Up scholarship will be up to $36,000 for 3 years full-time, with a maximum payable rate of $12,000 per annum.All scholarship applications must be received within 12 months of the initial enrolment as a PhD student.
