Intelligent Computing is one of the high-tech trends of modern computer science. It provides methods and tools for building complex learning systems, able to adapt and evolve as well as to act in an intelligent way what was so far reserved for human beings. Our „Intelligent Computing” project, carried out by the consortium of 3 Polish and 16 research institutions from all around the world, provides PhD students with a unique opportunity to conduct research under the supervision of leading scientists and prepare their PhD dissertations in one of the most innovative fields of science. It is expected that the project will result in both new theoretical findings concerning the foundations of Intelligent Computing and in novel applications in the areas of multi-agent technologies, data analysis and mining, decision support systems and other. There will be 15 PhD students working within the project, selected in a careful recruitment process taking into account e.g., the background of the candidates and their good command of English.

The successful candidates will be simultaneously enrolled to a special track of the PhD Studies at the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences.
