Job description
As a PhD student you will perform your research activities embedded in the bio-organic chemistry group. The goal of this PhD project is to develop polymersome-based biocatalytic nanoreactors which can be applied inside a living cell, in order to construct truly artificial organelles. Polymersomes are polymeric vesicles which are composed of block copolymer amphiphiles. These capsules can be used for the compartmentalization and encapsulation of enzymes, resulting in a protective environment for these biocatalysts. Read the rest of this entry »
